3. Primary SMS Opt-In Method
AURA THERAPY LLC collects SMS consent through its inbound phone menu.
To opt in:
Step 1
The customer calls AURA Therapy at 425-998-8400.
Step 2
The customer listens to the SMS disclosure presented through the phone menu.
Step 3
After hearing the disclosure, the customer presses 1 to actively consent to receive SMS messages and request a booking link by text.
Step 4
After the customer presses 1, the phone system sends the requested SMS message to the telephone number from which the customer called.
No phone-menu-triggered SMS message is sent unless the customer presses 1 after hearing the SMS disclosure.
Customers who choose not to receive SMS messages do not need to press 1.
Choosing not to receive SMS messages does not prevent a customer from booking or purchasing services. Customers may book directly at:

4. Phone Menu SMS Disclosure
Customers hear the following disclosure before pressing 1:
“To receive recurring text messages from AURA Therapy regarding booking links, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling assistance, customer support, service-related updates, and missed-call follow-up, press 1.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
For help, reply HELP or call 425-998-8400.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

By pressing 1 after hearing this disclosure, the customer provides explicit consent to receive the SMS message types described above.
5. SMS Opt-In Disclosure
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from AURA THERAPY LLC regarding:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling and rescheduling assistance

6. Opting Out
You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying:

After replying STOP, you will receive confirmation that you have opted out and will receive no further SMS messages from the SMS program unless you provide consent again.
AURA Therapy’s STOP confirmation may state:
“You have successfully opted out of messages from AURA Therapy. You will receive no further messages.”
7. Re-Subscribing
If you previously opted out and later wish to receive SMS messages again, you may text:

AURA Therapy’s START confirmation may state:
